Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Clinician

No problem is too big or too small to bring into therapy. If something is causing you pain, stress, or confusion, it’s worth addressing. I'm here to help you discover new ways to manage life that feel authentic and empowering. While therapy can sometimes be emotionally challenging, it often leads to increased clarity, hope, and a deeper sense of well-being—both during and after our work together.

A strong therapeutic connection is essential for healing. If for any reason we’re not the right fit, I’m always happy to connect you with another trusted provider who may better meet your needs.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience in therapy and more than 20 years in the helping professions. I earned my Master’s degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin in 2009, and have been passionate ever since about helping people overcome life’s challenges and reconnect with their most resilient, grounded selves.

I currently work with individual adult clients, offering support for life transitions, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship issues, and women’s mental health—including pregnancy, postpartum, and the evolving identity of motherhood. I am also experienced in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and bring a trauma-informed lens to all of my work.

My therapeutic style integrates Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and a Family Systems lens. ART is a particularly powerful tool for helping clients resolve traumatic experiences, anxiety, and long-standing emotional blocks—often in as few as 1 to 5 sessions per issue.

While I no longer provide couples or family counseling, I bring deep experience working with children, adults, couples—including non-traditional partnerships—which has shaped my understanding of relational dynamics and informs the work I do today.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Why I Do This Work

I've always been drawn to stories—especially the quiet, often hidden ones that shape who we are and how we move through the world. Being a therapist allows me the honor of hearing those stories and helping people shift the narrative when it's no longer serving them.

Whether someone is navigating anxiety, recovering from trauma, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate space to process, heal, and grow. It’s deeply meaningful to walk beside clients as they uncover clarity, resilience, and hope—even in the most difficult seasons of life.
