Services, Fees & Insurance

• Individual Counseling (ages 14 and up)

• Individual Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ages 8 and up)
   

​​Sessions lengths are 50 minutes for talk therapy and up to 90 minutes for ART sessions unless otherwise agreed upon. Sessions exceeding this length will be billed on a pro-rated basis.

I only accept individual clients. I am not accepting couples or families at this time.

• Intake Session - $180

• Individual Session (50 min) - $150

• Individual ART Session (up to 90 min) - $210

Sliding scale is available for 2-3 spots, and fees range from $100 to $140 for a standard 50 minute session, and $165 to $200 for an ART session.

Payment is due at the time of service, and is accepted via cash, check or credit card.

For individual sessions, I currently accept:​

• Aetna 

• Blue Cross Blue Shield ​

• ​Medicare Advantage (BCBS & Humana)

• OptumHealth

• United Behavioral Health/United Healthcare/UMR

I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurance providers.

​

If you wish to file our sessions with your out-of-network provider, I can provide you with a monthly statement of services to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. All in-network providers are billed on your behalf.

 

Please note: Reimbursement amounts vary by out-of-network provider. Check with your individual insurance provider regarding coverage and reimbursement amounts.
